AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing indicators of educational inequality in primary schools in Tehran and it is an exploratory type of research. The statistical population under investigation is all public primary schools in Tehran. The statistical sample in the qualitative section includes 14 experts and experts in the field of public education who were selected by snowball sampling. Data collection tools include semi-structured interview, researcher made checklist. The results showed that the educational inequality at the level of primary schools in Tehran includes 7 comprehensive themes and 28 organizing themes, which are: input component including 4 indicators, school process component including 6 indicators, family background component including 6 indicators, output component including 8 indicators, individual background of inequality including 4 indicators, social and political effects of inequalities in education including 4 indicators, geographical indicators. Also, in terms of the influence of components and indicators on increasing inequality, the first priority is the economic conditions of families, the second priority is educational facilities and space, the third priority is the social status of families, the fourth priority is geographical indicators, the fifth priority is the level of accessibility and The amount of benefit from education, and the next priorities in the order of human resources (good teachers), family cultural capital, students' educational aspirations, small family population, school management, parents' expectations and aspirations, parents' educational status, educational progress, the acceptance status of students in model schools, sports, cultural and scientific authorities, the handling of educational trustees, the education of descent, the level of attention of teachers to students, attention to the quality of education.

The present study aims to assess Effect of Authentic leadership on the agility of human resources in education. Research method was descriptive, correlational and Regression.” Employees Education Ghochan city “was selected as the statistical population. For this purpose, a group 95 employees of the Department of Education staff were chosen randomly as the sample. To evaluate the employee perceptions of authentic leadership, was used a standard questionnaire Elio and Valvmba(2007), And to measure and evaluate human resource agility used a Sharifi and Zhang standard questionnaire(1999). reliability of the instrument for respectively questionnaire was 91/0 and 89/0 By Cronbach's alpha. The data were also analyzed by the correlation test, multiple regression, and T-test. The results showed that. Leadership component of the authentic Except for Balanced processing in employee education Higher than the population. About agility human resources is not a significant difference. The leadership component 49% of ability to predict the organization's agility, the remaining 51 percent is related to other factors. Also according to the values obtained from the test t, sub-scale Balanced processing with 76/0 = β have a significant impact on the agility. .

The current research investigated the relationship between servant leadership style and organizational effectiveness in girl’s High Schools of Tehran in the 1392-93 academic year. The research sample consists of 360 high school teachers randomly selected from all government high school teachers in Tehran. To collect primary data, two questionnaires were used in this study. Firstly to collect data on servant leadership, the questionnaire developed by Golipour (Golipour et al., 1388) was used. The Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.95 shows the internal consistency of the scale. Secondly to evaluate the organizational effectiveness parsons’s questionnaire with Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.95 was used. In this study, the Spearman correlation analysis, one-sample T test, one way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H, multiple regressions were used to analyze the data. The Research results indicate that there is an overall positive association between servant leadership and organizational effectiveness. There are also significant positive relationships between servant leadership variables and organizational effectiveness. Among the four components of servant leadership and organizational effectiveness and its components, there was a significant positive correlation. Multiple regression analysis showed that among the aspects of servant leadership, by three factors: service, reliability and humility be the most predictable organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership style of managers and employees’ readiness for changing in Primary Schools of Javanrood in 2014-2015; and the used method was a correlation one. The study population included all employees of Primary Schools in Javanrood that are 274 persons. The research sample consisted on 159 persons based on Morgan Table. The participants were selected through a stratified random sampling method. Data was collected by the use of two questionnaires; one is multifactor leadership questionnaire by Bess et.al (2000), and another one is attitudes toward the organizational changes by Dovenham et.al (1998). The reliability of both questionnaires was calculated as 0.91 and 0.87 based on Cronbach’s Alpha respectively. The results of Peasrson’s correlation showed that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership style of managers and employees’ readiness for changing. Also, based on multiple regression analysis with stepwise method it was showed that transformational leadership style is able to predict all components ready for change. Thus the managers can prepare a field in which the employees’ readiness for changing could be improved.

Abstract: In order to study of the effectiveness of Allameh high and middle schools in Tehran, the descriptive methodology has been utilized among of students, teachers and managers. In this study correlates of effective schools has been utilized. Edmonds and Lezotte identified the correlates of effective schools and stated that all effective schools had: (a) safe and orderly environment, (b) clear and focused mission, (c) instructional leadership, (d) climate of high expectations for success, (e) opportunity to learn and student time on task, (f) frequent monitoring of student progress, and (g) home school relations. In order to gather required data, questionnaires distributed among students. The questionnaires have prepared by Gonzaga University for a research in the Nine Mile Falls School District in the spring of 1994. Furthermore for this purpose, teachers and managers have interviewed. Consequences indicated that: 1) from view of students, teachers and managers Allameh high and middle schools are effective schools and 2) from view of teachers, human resource management of Allameh high and middle Schools were weak. The main purpose of this study was designin the training model criterion learning organization .and also to assessing the relationship between individual and organizational factors with training effectiveness of the employees.This research is a descriptive- survey study by qualitive and quantitive method that was done in Three large factories in 2013-2015. In this study, analesis 326 expert interview and cluster sampling was used with proportional allocation and finally were selected 1719 exert and technician employees with random sampling method and answered 326 expert to standardized questionnaires with Likert scale; Self-efficacy attitude, trust , perception , content training, organizational culture, organization’s Support , policy support , Identity and environmental adaptation factors. The Cronbach’s alpha was used to determine reliability that was obtained as follows: 0.93, Finally, Data was analyzed by use structural equiblibrem tests through SPSS 17 and Lisrel 8.72 soft wares . Managers by having the belief in the value of developing, supporting evidence and clear and strengthening training and awarness sharing can lead to increase employees’ intention for organization leraning.

This research aimed to investigate the relationship between job characteristics and cultural the productivity of human resources in staff education was Torbat city. To this end a group consisting of 130 employees of the education between torbat advert staff and the simple random sampling as rock samples were selected and participated in this research. Research data using questionnaires and job characteristics Hackman Oldham, by a factor of 78/0 reliability and productivity of human resources and organizational culture questionnaire Taylor and Brent, with 73/0 reliability coefficient was obtained. The research data were collected using the Pearson correlation test, linear regression analysis and follow-up tests were analyzed. Job characteristics and organizational culture results showed a significant positive correlation with labor productivity and According to the characteristics of the job 40/0 and 31/0 cultural features, the productivity of human resources staff in the Department of Education predict. The Purpose of this study was to discover the accountability strategies of public universities.Qualitative data achieved by semi-structured interviews with 20 higher education experts and faculty members. In the procedural analysis of the findings, using analytical techniques of Strauss and Corbin. Participants of the present research were selected based on repetition logic and were selected in line with the theory which is known as theoretical sampling and it lasted till the collected data reached the point of saturation. Data which were carried out by using Strauss & Corbin analytical techniques reveals 6 categories that explain strategies of public universities accountability. This strategies / categories include: 1.University autonomy (non-interference of government, giving authority to universities, university autonomy, scientific freedom), 2.Participation (students and professors in universities, university members in society, outside stakeholders in university-related issues), 3.Scientific-applied interactions (with other educational institutes or other sections), 4.Internationalization of universities, 5.Applicability, 6.Supply and allocation of financial resources.
